Kite Flying
August, September and October are the months of kites flying, because the wind blowsnorth-westwards. During these months, many Wonderful kites are flying in the blue sky.
One day as the school was over, Qin Bo, my classmate, called me accompanying him to havekite flying at the big grass field. I had not been flown kite for a long time. So I promised him atlast, when I reached there at five, I found him waiting for me.
Many boys were flying their kites higher in the sky. They were excited when they found theirkites win another's. They shouted with joy and jumped up and down.
Not long after, Qin Bo's kite was in the sky, but mine was not. I was so disappointed that Iwanted to give up. But I thought how disgraceful I was. So I asked Qin Bo to exchange thekites. Oh! His kite was wonderful. It was so light that it flow higher than the kites of all. He toldme why my kite could not fly because it was maderoughly; the head was heavy, and the endwas light, I agreed and made up my mind to make a new kne that would fly high in the sky.
放風(fēng)箏
八月、九月、十月是放風(fēng)箏的季節(jié)，因?yàn)檫@時(shí)的風(fēng)是朝西北方向刮。在這幾個(gè)月里，藍(lán)色的天空中有許多美麗的風(fēng)箏在飛翔。
一天放學(xué)時(shí)，我的同桌秦波叫我陪他到草地上去放風(fēng)箏。我好久沒放風(fēng)箏了，所以我答應(yīng)了他。當(dāng)我五點(diǎn)鐘到那時(shí)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他正在等我。
許多男孩正在向高空中放風(fēng)箏。當(dāng)他們發(fā)現(xiàn)他們自己的風(fēng)箏勝過其它風(fēng)箏時(shí)都很激動(dòng)。他們歡呼雀躍。
不長時(shí)間，秦波的風(fēng)箏升上天空，可是我的卻沒有。我非常失望，以致想放棄了。但是我想那該多丟臉呀。所以我要求秦波和我換風(fēng)箏。噢!他的風(fēng)箏可真好。它是那么輕盈以至飛過了所有的風(fēng)箏。他告訴我為什么我的風(fēng)箏飛不起來，是因?yàn)樗谱鞯锰植?，頭重尾輕。我同意他的說法并決心做一個(gè)飛上高空的新風(fēng)箏。
