五一勞動節(jié)的由來 1889年7月14日，由各國馬克思主義者召集的社會主義者代表大會，在法國巴黎隆重開幕。這次大會上，法國代表拉文提議：把1886年5月1日美國工人爭取八小時工作制的斗爭日，定為國際無產(chǎn)階級的共同節(jié)日。與會代表一致同意，通過了這項具有歷史意義的決議。從此，“五一”國際勞動節(jié)誕生了。
The origin of Labour Day July 14, 1889, convened by the national socialists Marxist congress opened in Paris, France.
