CONTRACT FOR PROCESSING WITH SUPPLIED MATERIALS
(hereinafter called Party A) and
. (hereinafter called Party B) have agreed that Party B shall process( sorting / grading, packing) dried scallops in DALIAN KOWA FOODS CO., LTD. with all materials supplied by Party A under the following terms and conditions:
1. Commodity and quantities for processing with supplied materials :

2. All materials shall be supplied by Party A ;
3. The processing charge : Usd3500 per m/tons (based on finished products)
4. The materials required for processing will be delivered to factory of Dalian Kowa Foods Co., Ltd. by Party A ;
5. Party A should pay Party B by L/C or T/T covering the full amount of processing charges one month before shipment of the finished products;
6. Party B must complete the processing and effect shipment within the agreed date without delay except in the occurrence of uncontrollable and unforceable events ;
7. The damage rate of parts and materials:

8. All materials supplied by Party A shall be processed by Party B strictly in accordance with the processing technology without any modification; finished product rate must be over 23%

四、交收方式

七、違約責(zé)任
1、甲方按合同規(guī)定期限付款。如果延期，參照中國(guó)人民銀行關(guān)于金融機(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)收貸款利息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支付違約金;
2、乙方延期交付時(shí)，應(yīng)按合同總額的____%乘以逾期天數(shù)向甲方支付違約金，逾期超過____天的，甲方有權(quán)解除合同并要求乙方賠償損失，賠償額為本合同總額的____%。
八、附加說明
