首先，你還在國內(nèi)的時(shí)候會(huì)收到一封郵件，來自你的學(xué)院的information desk，郵件名稱為Visa and residence permit application approval (TEV)。里面的內(nèi)容是：
第一，你的visa和residence permit已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好了， 并告訴你你的V-number;
第二，讓你去大使館拿visa;
第三，讓你去registerat the city hall， 就是大家俗稱的“報(bào)地址”。注：如果去荷蘭留學(xué)的同學(xué)換了住址，就應(yīng)該還去register一次。
第三點(diǎn)去city hall是大家比較關(guān)心的，現(xiàn)把這封名為Visa and residence permit application approval (TEV)郵件的這部分原文粘貼如下：
“Registering at the city hall
All students staying in the Netherlands formore than 4 months are obliged to register at the city hall. We advise you tocombine picking up your residence permit with your registration at the city hall，so you will only have to visit the city hall once!
Important： you will need your birthcertificate or a legalized copy in order to register at the city hall. Weadvise you to bring this document with you when you travel to the Netherlands.”
然后，在你到了以后，學(xué)校的immigration desk會(huì)再發(fā)一封郵件，名為Pick up your residence permit( incl tbc)! 內(nèi)容為：
第一，讓你去領(lǐng)residence permit， 地點(diǎn)就在city hall，所以建議你領(lǐng)residencepermit和register at the city hall 這一步一起做，一天完成;
第二，重申你可以去registerat the city hall了;
第三，給出了肺結(jié)核檢察的相關(guān)信息和鏈接，以及附件里有監(jiān)察時(shí)要用的表格?，F(xiàn)把郵件中city hall開門時(shí)間的原文粘貼如下：
“Opening hours of the city hall：
Monday ： 8.00 - 12.00 and between 13.00 –16.00
Tuesday ： 8.00 - 12.00 and between 13.00 –16.00
Wednesday ： 8.00- 12.00 and between 13.00 – 16.00

注：領(lǐng)Residence permit不需要預(yù)約，但register at the city hall必須預(yù)約，荷蘭就是一個(gè)講究時(shí)間安排的國家，所以去荷蘭留學(xué)的同學(xué)們要提前預(yù)約，然后那一天早一點(diǎn)去，就省去了等待領(lǐng)residence permit的時(shí)間。
另外，大家最好都先去學(xué)院office報(bào)到一下，保險(xiǎn)繳費(fèi)的通知，即invoice，，是直接發(fā)到學(xué)院office的。這兩天eur的infor market在L-building， 也很有用，有所有的社團(tuán)和ING銀行開戶點(diǎn)，省的再跑去市中心的銀行點(diǎn)開戶了，ING銀行在申請后的五天會(huì)給你的地址及郵件，你就能收到卡了(學(xué)院的老師告訴我，以往的國際學(xué)生開ING的比較多，因?yàn)楸憬荨⒖焖佟?。如果還有不明白的第一個(gè)桌子practical information你可以問他們說有生活上的問題。
