投訴信和抱怨信的基本特征是反映問(wèn)題，訴說(shuō)原由，目的是解決問(wèn)題。結(jié)構(gòu)要清晰，首先肯定對(duì)方的做法或者描述情況，隨后簡(jiǎn)述出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。如果
