海外經(jīng)歷能給海歸帶來什么?
曾留德5年的葉豐，一直在海外關(guān)注著中國科研領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。“適逢國家鼓勵(lì)科技創(chuàng)新，國內(nèi)科研領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展空間很大，對于科研人才來說，回國發(fā)展的機(jī)會非常多。”葉豐談道，德國的材料研究以基礎(chǔ)性研究為主體，而國內(nèi)材料科學(xué)研究的發(fā)展趨勢則是走向直接應(yīng)用。“我所認(rèn)識的從事金屬材料研究的留學(xué)人員，現(xiàn)在大部分都回來了。在這種大環(huán)境下，我覺得自己應(yīng)該回來為國家貢獻(xiàn)點(diǎn)力量。”
海外經(jīng)歷能給海歸帶來什么?葉豐認(rèn)為，首先是思維方式的改變。“海外的研究經(jīng)歷給了我更廣闊的視野，對于科學(xué)研究的思考也達(dá)到了更高的層次。”他指出，一個(gè)科研人員的學(xué)術(shù)水平不僅體現(xiàn)在實(shí)驗(yàn)方面，更重要的是表現(xiàn)在對問題的看法和思維方式上。因此，有志于回國從事科研工作的海歸，一方面要在專業(yè)技能上過硬，另一方面要提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)和能力。
