2003年，JCU在 新加坡 建立了首個(gè)海外校區(qū)，課程與JCU主校區(qū)完全相同。詹姆斯庫克大學(xué)新加坡校區(qū) 于2008年8月遷入位于湯申路上段的新校區(qū)，占地面積約18000平方米，擁有現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)設(shè)施。其中有30多間電子教學(xué)課室、圖書館、禮堂、籃球場、羽毛球場、休閑室、餐廳、咖啡廳等。為了配合現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)需求，所有就讀商科和信息技術(shù)類課程的學(xué)生都會(huì)獲得一臺(tái)學(xué)校配備的手提電腦，校區(qū)內(nèi)有無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)為學(xué)生提供學(xué)習(xí)上的便利。學(xué)校還給成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生提供申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的機(jī)會(huì)，鼓勵(lì)他們更好地學(xué)習(xí)。
