2003年，JCU在 新加坡 建立了首個海外校區(qū)，課程與JCU主校區(qū)完全相同。詹姆斯庫克大學新加坡校區(qū) 于2008年8月遷入位于湯申路上段的新校區(qū)，占地面積約18000平方米，擁有現(xiàn)代化的教學設施。其中有30多間電子教學課室、圖書館、禮堂、籃球場、羽毛球場、休閑室、餐廳、咖啡廳等。為了配合現(xiàn)代化的教學需求，所有就讀商科和信息技術類課程的學生都會獲得一臺學校配備的手提電腦，校區(qū)內有無線網(wǎng)絡為學生提供學習上的便利。學校還給成績優(yōu)秀的學生提供申請獎學金的機會，鼓勵他們更好地學習。
