利茲大學，University of Leeds, 是一所擁有光輝的百年歷史的英國頂尖大學之一，世界百強名校，產(chǎn)生了6位諾貝爾獎得主，英國“常青藤”——羅素大學集團成員。利茲大學位于英國第二大金融城市利茲市市中心，其前身是建立于1831年的利茲醫(yī)學院和建立于1874年的約克郡科學院。1887年，以上兩個學校與曼徹斯特歐文學院、利物浦大學學院合并為維多利亞聯(lián)合大學。1904年利茲大學獲得皇家許可而成為****的大學。利茲大學也是2012倫敦奧運會系中國奧運代表團主訓練基地。

英國留學生活費最新資訊
1、英國學生簽證月度生活費新標準
UKBA(英國邊境管理局)已提高在英國留學生活所需費用標準，且申請普通學生簽證和青少年學生簽證所需生活費據(jù)簽證類別及學生在英國學習區(qū)域不同而有所差別。
自2012年4月6日起，申請普通學生簽證需出具：
倫敦及周邊地區(qū)總計9個月的課程，每月生活費至少需1000英鎊
倫敦以外地區(qū)總計9個月的課程，每月生活費至少需800英鎊
例如，首次申請普通學生簽證赴英于倫敦以外地區(qū)就讀3個學期(9個月)本科預科的學生需具備存期通常為28天金額至少為7200英鎊的銀行存款。
自2012年4月6日起，申請青少年學生簽證需出具：
倫敦及周邊地區(qū)總計9個月的課程，每月生活費至少需900英鎊
倫敦以外地區(qū)總計9個月的課程，每月生活費至少需700英鎊
例如，首次申請青少年學生簽證赴英于倫敦以外地區(qū)就讀3個學期(9個月)本科預科的學生需具備存期通常為28天金額至少為6300英鎊的銀行存款。
若學生可證明其之前已在英國“安頓”則其無論在英國境內(nèi)亦或其護照簽發(fā)國申請普通學生簽證或青少年學生簽證，則均可按以上標準提供最多2個月的生活費銀行存款即可。
存款方式及存期要求保持不變。
