How to apply for Shanghai Government Scholarship
1. Fill the online application form at www.study-shanghai.org
2. Submit all the required files in A4 paper (including application form) to the
Enrollment Office between Mar. and May each year, we do not accept email
application.
3. Enclosed with language proficiency certificates such as HSK or TOFEL score,
diplomas or certificates and passport copy.
4. A type (full scholarship including living allowance and tuition fee) or B type
(partial scholarship including only tuition fee) scholarship is only for Master and
Ph.D students and you can apply from Mar. to May each year.
5. C type scholarship is only for students who have been studying in our school for at
least 1 year, and you can apply from Sept. 1 to 30 each year.
6. Recommendation letters are supposed to be sealed by professors who write the
letters before submitting.
7. A type living allowance standards:
PhD: RMB 2000 per month
Master: RMB 1700 per month
