美國留學的日常生活
留學美國日常生活費用。美國大學的學校宿舍租金通常是比較貴的，如果你預算不足，可以考慮和朋友一起在外租房，能夠省不少錢。
一、學校宿舍：
住校的開銷大約為每年3000-7500美金。
一些學校要求學生住在學校宿舍，至少第一年是這樣。也有一些學校，學生可以走讀。走讀生比住校生省錢，但增加了交通費。學校設定的膳食是學校食堂提供的常規(guī)食物。宿舍費用是指明雙人合住一室，需要了解住宿費是否已包括床上用品(被子、枕頭、毯子)和基本的寢室服務。倘若您暑期住校，食宿費用的預算需增加三個月。
二、在外租房：
初來美國，如果你打定主意不住校的話，租房子就成了頭等大事，最方便的是請認識的中國學生和朋友幫你找。能夠和幾個已美國一段時間的中國人住在一起是比較方便的，優(yōu)點是：省心，生活方式相同，生活用品齊備，搭車購物方便;缺點是：沒有新鮮感，沒有機會練英語。
不過在剛去美國的時候，這是個好辦法，等了解了情況再另找地方租房也不遲。美國公寓房一般有1到5間不等的臥室，一個客廳，一個廚房，一到兩間衛(wèi)生間。提供基本的家具如床、書桌、沙發(fā)等等。
根據(jù)所租房屋的條件不同，價格也差距較大，每年約為3,600-7,200美金;一般來說大城市里地理位置比較好的、交通方便的(靠近地鐵)、精裝修的單間要500美金/月到700美金/月。
租房是需要經(jīng)驗和技巧的，基本步驟是：網(wǎng)上或報紙上查找信息——打電話詢問——看房詳細了解——去租房協(xié)會查詢房東資料，了解該房所在區(qū)域的安全情況——綜合考慮后簽訂合約。
