麥克馬斯特大學(xué)的獎學(xué)金
麥克瑪斯特大學(xué)的獎學(xué)金分為兩種，一種為Bursaries，另一種為Scholarship。
Bursaries
麥克瑪斯特大學(xué)提供的Bursaries有：Undergraduate Bursaries， MBA Bursaries， OT/PT Bursaries， Medical Student Bursaries， Graduate Student Bursaries， Bursaries for Students with Disabilities等幾大類。
除此之外，麥克馬斯特大學(xué)還有一些來自校外的External Bursaries。
Scholarship
麥克瑪斯特大學(xué)的Scholarship有校外及校內(nèi)獎學(xué)金。校外的獎學(xué)金項(xiàng)目有NATURAL SCIENCES AND ENGINEERING RESEARCH COUNCIL OF CANADA (NSERC)，ONTARIO GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS (OGS)，SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES RESEARCH COUNCIL OF CANADA (SSHRC)等。校內(nèi)獎學(xué)金有兩種類型，一種是院系提供的獎學(xué)金，所有學(xué)生都可以申請，此類獎學(xué)金的情況請直接與申請的院系聯(lián)系;另一種為學(xué)校內(nèi)部提供的競爭獎項(xiàng)及根據(jù)學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)情況提供的各種助學(xué)金。

加拿大留學(xué)獎學(xué)金申請材料
留學(xué)獎學(xué)金申請材料
第一、入學(xué)申請表。因?qū)W校而異，簡單的僅有一頁紙，只含姓名、出生日期、已婚未婚、學(xué)歷、經(jīng)歷、要攻讀的學(xué)位、要修的專業(yè)等;復(fù)雜的則長達(dá)七八頁，可能包括你的身高、體重、甚至是眼珠的顏色，只需按部就班，逐項(xiàng)填寫，別忘了親筆簽名即可。
第二、獎學(xué)金申請表。如果申請人要求院校給予獎學(xué)金，而且這所院校準(zhǔn)許第一年外國學(xué)生申請的話，便會發(fā)給一張獎學(xué)金申請表。獎學(xué)金一詞本應(yīng)當(dāng)是指scholarship或fellowship，但國內(nèi)一般習(xí)慣于將院校給的財(cái)務(wù)支持(financial support， financial aid， financial assistance)都稱作獎學(xué)金，其實(shí)真正無償性贈與的學(xué)金不多，大多數(shù)是助教(teaching assistantship， ta)、肋研(research assistantship， ra)，這些獎學(xué)金是有義務(wù)的。
加拿大留學(xué)獎學(xué)金的分類
加拿大大學(xué)向本國學(xué)生及留學(xué)生提供獎學(xué)金(scholarship)或助學(xué)金(allowance)，成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生可獲優(yōu)先考慮。一般來說，本科生機(jī)會較少。而碩士和博士研究生獲獎學(xué)金的機(jī)會較多。
獎學(xué)金如果按照來源劃分可分為：
1.加拿大政府提供的;
2.私人及私人性質(zhì)的基金會提供的;
3.學(xué)校提供的。
