研究生面試自我介紹
感謝學校能給我這次爭取進修研究生的機會，也非常榮幸能夠在這里和各位老師面對面的交流。首先請允許我做個自我介紹，梁偉超，河北沙河人，本科階段主修市場營銷專業(yè)。除了具有比較強的邏輯思維和系統(tǒng)思維能力，過去的一年多時間，通過參加創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃競賽，對管理專業(yè)的知識掌握比較熟練。有信心能夠勝任研究工作。
之所以讀研究生，主要基于以下三點原因，一是對管理學的濃厚興趣，希望能夠做一些更深入的研究；一是為實現(xiàn)咨詢師的夢想，需要更深層次地自我發(fā)展。二是實踐的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套屬于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指導中小企業(yè)（尤其是家族企業(yè)）的管理提升。
