愛(ài)爾蘭司法部日前提出最新的學(xué)生簽證改革議案，愛(ài)爾蘭留學(xué)簽證或?qū)⑹站o,加拿大留學(xué)中介。
根據(jù)新的改革提議，愛(ài)爾蘭所有高等教育將分為兩大部分，一部分為level7以上的大學(xué)學(xué)位教育，另一部分為level7以下的課程，包括Fetac課程以及語(yǔ)言學(xué)校相關(guān)課程。新議案提議，凡成功念完level7以上專業(yè)的非歐盟學(xué)生將不再被允許申請(qǐng)level7以下的課程專業(yè)。此外，還對(duì)7級(jí)以下課程設(shè)定了24個(gè)月的學(xué)期限制。
根據(jù)條例，學(xué)生不允許轉(zhuǎn)簽比目前已在愛(ài)獲得的最高學(xué)歷等級(jí)更低的課程，包括轉(zhuǎn)簽不同專業(yè),加拿大留學(xué)中介，而以前如果學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)簽不同專業(yè)的課程是可以獲簽的。例如：以前財(cái)會(huì)7級(jí)普通本科的畢業(yè)生還可續(xù)簽5級(jí)的IT課程，現(xiàn)在這種情況將不再頒發(fā)續(xù)簽簽證,加拿大留學(xué)中介，學(xué)生必須繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)8級(jí)以上的課程。
