急聘 ：Microsoft Solution Software Engineer（Freshout or intern）
The engineer will work in the EIM (enterprise Information Management) business solution. EIM includes document management, business process management, web content management, knowledge management, enterprise search, etc. and delivery of ECM business and technical solutions.
Main Technology is Microsoft MOSS, including C#, SharePoint, SQL Server, InfoPath. Others technical knowledge like DotNet, HTML will also be considered.
崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibility
Interviewing and working with consultants to gather business needs from customers
Work with Senior ECM consultant to define ECM solutions, business processes & information architectures, that will help to client to resolve business issues in the area of compliancy, efficiency, cost, growth etc
Gather and document user requirements and specifications.
Work with Senior ECM consultant in the project and training delivery
Programming, testing and setup of related environment for SharePoint Server 2010，SQL Server 2008 / 開發(fā)、測試環(huán)境的配置、部署；
SharePoint 客戶端頁面開發(fā)：定制化頁面模板頁面，用戶登錄，權(quán)限控制，報(bào)表圖形展示，頁面導(dǎo)航，數(shù)據(jù)權(quán)限及功能權(quán)限開發(fā)、測試；
SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)：ETL，OLAP，數(shù)據(jù)倉庫、數(shù)據(jù)表的開發(fā)和測試；SSRS報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、測試；SSIS多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的集成及測試；
Responsible for whole development cycle including design, programming, integration, testing and deployment. 負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)軟件開發(fā)周期全過程，包括軟件組件的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、集成、測試、UAT及發(fā)布；
任職資格：
Familiar with .Net Framework，C#，SharePoint Server 2007/2010，Visual Studio .Net and has 1 year development experience in C#，SharePoint. 至少1年以上C#，SharePoint開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通.Net Framework，C#，SharePoint Server 2007/2010，Visual Studio .Net；
Familiar with SQL Reporting Services（SSRS）， SQL Server Analysis Service（SSAS），SQL Server Integration Service（SSIS）and has 1 year development experience with SQL server database, 至少1年以上SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通SQL Reporting Services（SSRS）， SQL Server Analysis Service（SSAS），SQL Server Integration Service（SSIS）；
精通B/S架構(gòu)前臺(tái)頁面開發(fā)技術(shù)，包括HTML，XML，CSS，Javascript，Ajax；
熟悉Windows Server 2008服務(wù)組件：AD和IIS；
A degree in bachelor, undergraduates for internship are also encourage to apply.
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills in Chinese and English
Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Ability to understand business processes and capture business problems
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
